those knucklebones! last Oamaru Victorian Fete, last November, I bagged up my collection of them and sold them in sets in my market stall. There are 5 in a set and I printed off some rules on how to play them. I think I had 3 sets. Haven't found any for a while, but at one stage I was finding them all the time. Passing them onto another generation. If any of you are visisting Oamaru for the fete its worth a look. Here's me last time.

lol yeah sorry guy it was a shite photo lol...its really a nice ring and has maybe a piece of pearl or paua in the top...

just picked my gold medal up from the jewellers today...he cleaned it and re soldered the gold gofl balls back on...to be honest I wish I had never chosen to do this as he has over polished it on one edge and the work looks a little shoddy to me...makes the gold shine up nicer tho :)

True as, polishing a relic like that must be dodgy sometimes. And then it never looks like a it was when you found it. Damage through cleaning is common. I try to clean stuff myself at this stage but i have stuff that needs work. (Like my gold ring that i just found...) Like to see a fresh pik of that badge again.

Yip. Same. Good stuff and cheers for that xtra pik. Im getting used to not over cleaning stuff and just excepting the state there in. Ive wrecked/worsened a few things and until i learn to clean them properly i just leave them in the box so to speak. GOLD is good.

Some people like myself only post things that are odd or that I want identified, but others post everything. I am too lazy and normally just bin everything at the nearest rubbish bin that I wont be keeping.
I like to see how many pull tabs and bottletops someone went through to get x amount of dollars and a ring etc
I think he was showing the mcdonalds bike toy as it was something different from the normal 1, 2 dollar/cent pieces but I may be wrong.
