Hey guys just throwing it out there...
Do we still wanna meet at 7.30pm (Papanui Workingmens Club-Sawyers Arms Rd)) or do we make it a bit earlier, say 6-6.30pm to allow some time for the items recovery mission afterwards?
Either or I'm cool.
There's another to find and I'm gunna find it!

I'm ok with an earlier start too Foiled, (Jason isnt it??) but unsure about how many others would get to see this thread and readjust their plans. Pretty sure that most will arrive at the usual time.

I'm probably only going to get a couple hours searching absolute max, as I have to work hard next day to keep my wife in hair products.

You'll probably need help in the carpark outside to unload your finds this month won't you? Give me a shout if you need me.

My greatest fear is that when I die my wife will sell my collection for what I told her it cost me.

No probs Jason, I have a forklift license so we should be OK.

Im good for a beer at 630. I also think the park in papanui has been there a while. Might go out in morning as havnt been out for a couple of weeks. That way I should have a few more rings to show. Ha Ha Ha. Watching F1 qualifying at midnight so who knows.

Cheers Mike.

I'm going to do a quick check of Papanui Domain at 5.30pm to make sure there's actually coins there in the soil. Anyone else who wants to go early is quite welcome to join me there.

Was a real pleasure meeting you guys - nice to finally put some faces to names/forum names! Thanks for making me feel welcome.

Also interesting seeing all the different model detectors in action - going to have to give one of these Fishers some consideration... quite envious how much lighter they are than my Minelab and the fact they run off 9v batteries instead of a huge battery pack!! ;)
