Feb / Mar sometime. Going to stay with my dad (cheap accom) & only 40km drive to the river. My 3 year old is already bitten ... he keeps reminding Pape (my dad), to go to the river & get more gold. I then plan start a fossicking trip down to the South Island/ west coast for a bit... before getting down to Queenstown in autumn. Would be good to catch up with some of the regulars here.
