Well, only another couple of weeks before I'm in the country. One of the first things I'll be doing is decking myself out with a 4WD Camper - something that can get me off the main roads/ traffic areas with some better access to fossicking areas, and something to bunker down in for a few days. That said, I doubt whether the vehicle has to be fully geared to conquer the worst terrain.

Here are a couple of examples I'm looking at. I'm inclining towards the Mitsi 4WD camper [bit zippier to get around the country?]. Any advice would be appreciated.
