Hi all ive just got back from my latest trip. I had 2 good weeks down south detecting, sniping and sluicing .I didn't get any thing with my Whites GMT got showed up by the gold bug pro.Anyway

I had about 4 days left still digging a hole slaving away classifying a bucket threw my tailings out on to my pile and I cant believe I sore it..13g specimen looking back at me wow it was epic my biggest peace of gold ever.

I went down the next morning with my GMT found a few hot rocks then got a good signal in my tailing pile, my heart started racing as I found the target...opened my hand and a lead head nail lol

Nothing else but ended up with 8.5g of gold and a sweet 13g specimen that feels pretty heavy(a rock the same size weighs 3g).

On my last 3 trips I only got 8g all up so pretty happy with the trip.

Nice one mate, I'd love to find a decent specimen!
And now....On sandy beaches and muddy soil, rings and coins await my coil!
