Hi guys, After my detecting on saturday....sunday was a wet & yuk day. I ended up being house bound all day & suffering cabin fever. I caught up on Bearing Sea Gold on youtube & watched 2 surfing DVD's.

Monday morning I woke to 6" of snow outside the front door.

You would know Fraser from David read homes yer? I worked for him when I lived in Qt about 5 years ago. That was when I first did some gold panning with my trusty wok frying pan lol....wish I lived there now:(

Hi Jimmy, Yep....small world it certainly is. More so with todays technology. I dont actualy see a lot of Fraser as he has a supervisor that cruz the jobs & I deal mostly with him, although I was on the phone to Fraser yesterday. He is a straight up businees man & generaly only talks or deals with you if there is something in it for him.

Why did you leave QT??

Good luck out there

JW :)

I worked for Fraser when he was building for David read he looked after me. I left Qt to go over to Melbourne. I worked in Melbourne installing wardrobes and shelving for a year then came back to Hawkes bay and then I got into prospecting and detecting. Im so stupid...I lived in those two places and didn't do any treasure hunting:( I would move back down if I didn't have such a good job here
