Sorry about the quality, I was holding camera and battling current with one hand and obviously using the other for cleaning out the crack, all up 22g on the button for about 5 hours underwater. Biggest was 7g

Yer there was a lot of big goolies jamming up the crack, couple of big 100kg boulders to move too. Manage to bend a new crowbar in the process as well, the thing that was hardest though is breaking through false clay layer, you think your on the bottom but your not quite there!

Hi Gav,

That was a good result. Seen you guys working hard out there. Good to see it paid dividends. Usually does if you stick to it.

Yeah, it's amazing how much gold is hidden in the clay layer. often the clay is only whisper thin but still covers all the gold. I always laugh at people that have cleared all the overburden back and proclaim no gold when it is right there! so good effort.
