Sorry guys and gals, but the site is having issues at the moment. I'm guessing the hosting company has decided to start throttling resources on the web server, though I'm not 100% sure at present. Hopefully I'll get some answers on Monday or they resolve the issue.

Very frustrating!

Cheers Gavin - Was just about to post as it seems to come and go every few minutes.

Sorry everyone - I'm still waiting on the hosting company (Web Drive) to get back to me from their investigations. Will follow up again Wed morning as this is getting ridiculous.

I suspect they've decided to introduce some sort of throttling Sat night / Sun morning (8th / 9th Nov) which is bringing the site down after years of mostly trouble free service.

I'm having trouble getting through to support... I guess they might be firefighting with all the other angry customers!

Hmm, yeh if you can get the source code off I would recommend you switch providers, I am sure you could even cancel the contract given how long it has been down for.

I am looking at plan B's if the problem can't be resolved. Really getting very little feedback from the hosting company. Trying a few ideas myself, but I think something is amiss with the hosting rather than the website.
