Howdee all!

I've been busy beavering away at a new version of my NZ Topo Map website. It's now in preview - preview.topomap.co.nz - please have a play and let me know if you encounter anything that looks odd or doesn't work.

It's been redesigned to work across all devices - mobile, tablet and desktop.

Once I've got that out of the way I'll been looking at updating the Paydirt site. I'm thinking I'll have 3 forum landing pages - one purely for gold fanciers, another for the swingers, and a combined one just like exists now. May take a little while though as free time is a bit limited.

Cheers in advance for any feedback on the new site design (let's leave the new Paydirt suggestions for later for now ;),
Gavin

Slick.

I like the DMS/NZTM conversion as well as the geotiff download aspect. Lot easier than the LINZ site.

What are the chances of aerial overlays with variable transparency?

Cheers :) Aerial overlays with transparency - already there. Check the slider top right of the map ;)

Nice. Any chance of adding water topography?
There are some sandbars between Coal Island & Sheep-to Island, also between Coal Island & Observation Point.

I'd like to a combined forum that gets detectorists together with panners/sluicers - as I feel they complement each other & do not conflict.

It's great how I can search multiple locaitons and it leaves little markers on the map.
Very handy for finding locations from old miners tales.
