I want a pro pointer, to replace my minelab. It needs to be waterproof and be good in salt.
I welcome your ideas.

Deteknix - Absolutely solid pointers.
Even the terrestrial model handles saturated salty sand easily.
They also have a "wader" model which is rated to 3m, or the "Diver" which goes even further.

I've given mine Hell over the last couple of years and haven't touched the Garrett since.
