I was wondering if anyone could tell me where would be some good places to spend a bit of time detecting. I have to stay in chch for six and a half weeks. I was thinking of some of the beaches where I could combine my daily exercise with some detecting. I use my trusty Fisher F2 and find it very theraputic

I did hear that there is a detecting club in ChCh somewhere that meets up once a month.
