hey nathanial hows it going , my pals and i went to merchison for a day trip two weeks ago went well apart from alot of anoying black sand and moskitos we've now made hats with netting for next time, we have a friend that lives up the end of the howard been meaning to get uup there for few days let us know how you get on

How did your trip up the howard go? Would like to get up there again one day was the first place i found gold in the south island back in 2000 up in new river would be good to get up there, meet a guy at goldsborough a few years back that showed me a couple of nuggets he got from the new river awsome stuff .
