Hi Guys

I'll be in ChCh for 3 weeks or so from 5 Oct 2013 and would really like to meet up with some local detector enthusiasts to maybe do a hunt or two. I'm bringing my Fisher CZ-21 across with me. I've heard good things of Hagley park, are there any other good areas to visit and do I need a permit to do some metal detecting?

Thanks!

No permit needed and I'm sure you will get plenty of offers to detect with ppl on here. If you message me when you are ready, I'm free most days and can show you some good spots.
