I have always found this guy to be informative and full of great research and suggestions. Just thought I would share his site and on the off chance it helps out. You may already have this guys details etc... but in case you don't, here you go.

He's got some great books and other sites that you can visit, and while it's mostly centered around the US, it's still good research.
