Came across this. Interesting, but not sure how quickly you'd get through large quantaties of material though compared to a sluicebox. Might be easier and lighter to carry up creeks though...

Impressive how much GOLD he got from 3 or 4 shovels. Maybe he tossed it in there for the demo..
