Hey I'm new to this forum im looking to get a goldbug 2 .im currently using a Garrett ace 250 but it is picking up a lot of black sand .i do sluicing a lot but after 3-4 hours my bk is ruined so I jump on to the detector.anybody selling one of no of one going .or give me some pointers cheers

I used to have a gb2, I wouldn't bother if you are going to be serious. Vlf detectors just can't cut it around Queenstown. Most areas you go to someone has already been before with a pi detector. You'll stand a chance in central I did find gold with the gb2 in the hills of arrow but very very shallow depth... Hardly worth the money. Save for a pi
