Had a look today. Very dry clayish soil, whole area is top of a hill. Many large pine trees with vast roots, also has major concrete sewerage drains running through it.
Didn't have my camera or detector with me at the time.
They didn't fill the entire Cox inlet there is an extensive mangrove river encircling the hill. Some of the shruby/grass areas skirting the mangroves look promising. Though it looks as if it has been used as a rubbish dump by neighbours - typical.
