The last two weekends that i have had my son i got him into detecting with me..he is only 7 so cant swing the detector properly yet
but he gets to keep whatever he finds.(even though i dig it.lol)....he now has 10 coins in the older 1 and 2 cents and this silver braclet he found today..(Daddy wants it) as it is heavier and thicker than the one i found as you can see in the picture..
he loves it.and the exercise is good for both of us..

rgmcbrid you may have to sell me an F2 for the little bugger soon...hahahaha..he asks me when is he getting one..lol...

we were at the same place i got the 106 coins..we were there for about 2 hours and got another 30 coins and his silver braclet..

Hi Poohbear. When i take my (youngest 8y old) daughter detecting, i say that she gets the money and i get the jewells, and shes happy as. Kids like money, adults like gold and stuff. That bracelet sure would look good in your treasure department....

ya it sure would creamer..lol...but he gets to keep the money he finds to..lol...also i am thinking of his future..who knows what silver will be worth once he is old enough to realy appreciate it..And he will get whatever i have anyways once im gone as he is my only child.
