My First attempts at a coin rings using spoon and file method, anyone else tried makin a ring out a coin they have found?
Keen to see if anyone else has. .....

Years ago I used to make rings out of half pennys by drilling out the middle and then beating them round a round bar softly with a hammer. Got quite good at it after awhile and because they were copper, were quite easy to form and looked quite nice, but when you wore them they left a nasty black ring around your finger
