sototal value is 1050.

All i want is 800$ , 250$ difference is a big differene for a 1k purchace :/

lol perhaps it is the people who You were trying to offer super low prices for sovereigns on trademe hahaa...

As a general rule also...second goods in my bizzo are worth 1/3 of the original cost.

I think for a few hundred more I can upgrade to an even better machine. Good luck with that etrac when it arrives man...I've seen em in action and they are farrrrking good machines!

You do full research. Many people don't. Clearly those people that paid full retail for 2nd hand goods didn't! All it takes for a successful auction is 2 fools...

Isnt the "naked" goldbug only $750 though from Rob? And the batteries and headphones are now second hand so worth less money. People generally want a bargain. I think Poohbear sold his Goldbug for $500 which was a good deal. I would imagine $650 to be a fair price for a bare goldbug and a bit extra for the extra coil. I persoanlly wouldnt pay extra for batteries and headphones as most people have a set of headphones lying around and batteries can be had cheaper than $50 if you shop around. It can be heart breaking and frustrating selling things and I wish you the best of luck. Just my 0.02cents. Ignore the arses on trademe offering you $350 or tell them they can buy my F2 for that!
If only I had the money......

In support of Max I know he looks after his gear so whoever buys this will get a
full set of near new condition equipment at a reasonable price.

Better the devil you know etc...

Would have to agree about that. It does look well looked after...the bottom of that coil is scratch free. Would always rather buy from a forum member than a stranger.

Oh its mr kkcreep on trademe thats hassling you, drunkbrother. I had him do the same on my auction for petrified wood. He told me my price was too high but it still sold and the buyer was very happy so dont worry about KKCREEP. I think I posted way back asking if anyone here knew who he is. I have my suspicions but wont say in case i'm wrong.
