Solo Sunday hunt for a few hours, hunt cut short due to overwhelming Bowel build up, found a sweet spot too !! always another day.
Nothing overly special other then the usual finds.

Another weekend adventure with No8wire to a new spot, new spot didn't give much other than a 1958 shilling, $2 and a 1cent coin so moved on to the silver mine.
10 silvers including a Nz half crown.

Sunday Hunt with No8wire to a couple of new areas, was hard going but the 1st place is definitely worth another go over.
5 silvers including a 1879 Shilling, also found 2 non silver half crowns and florin, and the usual pile of pennies.

Sunday hunt with No8wire at a new permission, like no8 said in his post , it must have been detected to death in the past, probably on the 80s and 90s
did manage 6 silvers though and a 1945 island of Jersey Liberation coin. I did find a couple of 1870s penny's and nz penny's and gave them to the owner to keep.

My little lot from Sundays hunt with No8wire, pretty much more of the same, 5 silvers, includes a 1917 Australian shilling, 1908 Brit shilling, 2x nz shillings and a nz sixpence.
$18 in spendies to pay back the work snack box. 2 silver rings, a bunch of pennies and a Polish 2 Zlote coin from 1994.

You did really well to get five silvers from that general area....and two silver rings!
Really enjoyed the day including the extreme mountain goating.... which seems to be becoming more and more a part of our hunting pattern!

Sorry phone camera is stuffed so its a bit blurry...Night hunt last night with no8wire, 4 silvers including a 1916 Brit Florin, a silver bangle, a silver BWL malibu designer dog tag ( $196 new on the net), an old school badge, time zone token, pile of pennies, and bits ...but the best find of the night in a 1919 peace medallion from the chch Gas co.
Words read Chch Gas co peace souvenir, local industry gas cookers, I have found in the past an Addington railways one so really happy to add this one the collection.
