#16 trip. Was a long day and i was glad when i finally found these items other than coins.
Nice to find jewellery when fossicking. Puts a little shine on things.
A surfboard, a dangler (lol) and half a bullet casing.

This is a shot of all the pendants i have found so far whilst fossicking. Pendants are
cool, i like them.

That cherry thing is a bit dubious - cherry up??? Must be my mind.
All good - I have had every bit as much fun finding things with a metal detector as I have found gold so its great to see what others have found.
I know roughly of a spot where there is a coin treasure so good that if the negative commenters saw you find it they would forget gold mining for the rest of their lives and become members of the converted so you never know what you will find.

it is easy richie..you dont need to use flicker or any of them..you can do it right here in the forums....when you go to post something you will see a check box that says attach beside it...make sure there is a check mark in that box..then type your memsage and hit the post button..then a page will come up to allow you to upload your pics..so you pick what you want to upload and uopload it..once it is finished uploading you will see a button that say BACK..just click that and all is done..you now have a post with a picture in it.

Haha the pyramid and maverick pan are a new addition to my kit which I have broken in with lots of gold ( they work well ) but my good old gold bug pro I have had for a while with some good finds down the beach... I've even found a cell phone and yip shit loads of bottle tops which I keep and bin... No point finding them twice haha, I've always done well at local parks and schools where the kids play when the little mits are not around, check around the swings..... thats where their pocket money ends up...

Yeah I find that as well, it pays off to have a wee dig if your not sure, I also brought in a garret pro pin pointer and must say that is the best thing I ever did, you can find your target very quickly, I find those pesky bottle sometimes read like a $2 coin. I went to a local park with the gold bug the other day lots of trash and wow sum copper piping, I must have looked like a mad man tryin to pull that pipe....

hahaha thats funny because i got a bit of fined copper piping the other day....at the moment i set my goldbug on to discriminate at set it up to 66..gets rid of some of the trash...might be missing a few things but i still get the silver and coins..lol...i find that the 1 and 2 dollar coins ring bang on 79..so if i get a hard hitting 79 2 inches deep or deeper then i am 99% sure it is a gold coin....still lots of signals to figure out yet..but it is a great learning curb.

Yep I normally set mind around 50 or 60 and above I must start to spend some more time with it, I've been panning a bit lately with 1.38 grams Saturday in 3 and half hours I was happy with that, I'll have to have a look down the beach this weekend...

Hi Ritchie. Great to hear from you. There is some stuff on picture downloads on page 3 of "A New Detector" And yes, if you shrink your piks, the way you are downloading now, they will pop up visually on your post i think.
