Night hunt with number8wire, 3 wee silvers, oldest being a 1866 Sixpence, also found a Jeep !!
Came across a pocket spill that got me a little excited, started off with a 1964 florin ( yeah non silver) then next popped out a 20cent piece, then another 1964 florin, then 2 cent pieces then a shiny 5 cent piece.. I thought gezz come on !! bound to be a silver...alas no.

Night hunt the other night with no8wire and other fellas off Facebook detecting page, was a good night, not to hot , not to cold.
3 little silvers, 2 silver medallions and other bits, I'm trying to identify what looks to be a school badge, so any ideas would be much appreciated.

Nice silvers mate but that Addington NZR tag is an awesome find.......late 19th, early 20th century social history at it's best.

Another night hunt and a 4 more silvers, also found a coin with king George bust on both sides, I'm gonna guess it's a trick coin.

Nice , the double sided coin sounds interesting. Even if it is a trick coin still a great find ( bet you won't get another)

Cool coin with head on both sides. Could it possibly be a novelty weight used for a set of balance scales.
